Avita Medical Shares Decline on 1Q Revenue Miss

Avita Medical shares declined 20% after quarter first-quarter revenue missed Wall Street's estimates.

Shares were trading around $7.47. The stock is down 42% on the year so far.

The Valencia, Calif., medical-device maker recorded revenue of $18.5 million in the January-to-March period, below the $20.8 million expected by analysts polled by FactSet.
