Greentown China Holdings Limited has announced a management change effective May 12, 2025. Mr. Zhou Changjiang, the executive president and secretary of the Board, will succeed Mr. Shang Shuchen as the authorized representative for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong. The company's Board includes Chairman and non-executive director Mr. Liu Chengyun, along with several executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.
