Swire Properties (HKG:1972) sold 55 of its 57 units on offer from its second batch of apartments offered by its Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan Residences project in Shanghai, The Standard reported Sunday.
Swire's inaugural project in mainland China earned 5.76 billion yuan from the two launches, the report said.
Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan's second batch of apartments includes units between 285 square meters and 381 square meters at 171,800 yuan per square meter, the report said.
