This recommendation aligns with H Partners, a significant shareholder with a 9.3% stake in the company, which has expressed concerns about the board's alleged secret commitments to select investors in an attempt to secure votes. H Partners advocates for a refreshed board with impartial, qualified experts to better position the company for future success. Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the BLUE proxy card to express their stance.
