1806 ET - Despite light guidance, Arm Holdings remains a premier growth story with plenty of drivers, UBS analysts said in a research note. The analysts said strong demand for Arm's compute subsystem, deeper market penetration for its Armv9, its first of potentially several government deals and growth across all major end markets support their bullish view on the stock. Arm will also benefit from hyperscalers' push into custom application-specific integrated circuits, the analysts said. While the company will have to keep investing heavily to develop future products, its growth story is pegged to revenue growth, which will get a boost as AI drives growth across all of its key end markets, they said.
