Austco Healthcare's (ASX:AHC) subsidiary, Austco Marketing and Services (USA), secured a contract renewal with a US healthcare service provider, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the contract, the company will continue to provide its Tacera IP Nurse Call system and Tacera Pulse software platform to about 180 hospitals in over 30 states, the filing said.
Meanwhile, the company is transitioning production to contract manufacturers outside China, which is expected to be completed within two to three months, per the filing.
Shares rose nearly 4% in morning trade Friday.
