Asian Citrus Holdings (HKG:0073) further disposed of 1,990 Cantor Equity Partners (CEP) shares on May 2 at an average price of $52.51 apiece, totaling approximately $104,000 (HK$810,000), following a previous disposal of 4,700 shares, according to its bourse filing on Tuesday.
Post-disposal, the group retains only 10 CEP Shares. The company expects a gain of approximately $26,000 (HK$203,000) from the sale.
Proceeds will be allocated for future investments or general working capital, with the board deeming the transaction fair and beneficial to shareholders.
CEP, listed on Nasdaq, is a Cayman Islands-based blank check company, with its latest financials showing a profit of $1.5 million in 2024.
