Electronic Arts (EA) is likely to hit its fiscal 2026 guidance after reporting a strong fiscal Q4 performance, Wedbush said in a report Wednesday.

"There were mostly bright spots in the earnings release, with outstanding performance from EA Sports and The Sims driving bookings upside, more than offsetting ongoing weakness in Apex Legends," Wedbush analysts, including Michael Pachter, said.

"We think it is highly likely that EA will deliver FY:26 results near the high end of its guidance," they said.

The report also said it is highly likely that EA can raise prices for all of its new releases by $10 at retail, allowing it to capture $350 million of bookings growth in fiscal 2026 with only modest performance from its new titles.

Wedbush raised its price target to $210 from $179 while keeping its outperform rating on the stock.
