FIT Hon Teng's Stake Sale in Israeli Chip Firm Falls Through

An agreement by FIT Hon Teng (HKG:6088) to sell the 2,270,947, or 4.4%, shares it holds in Israeli fabless semiconductor company Autotalks for $15 million has been terminated, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The electrical component manufacturer had first entered into the sale agreement in May 2023.

The firm will, thus, be unable to recognize a gain of $5 million from the sale.
