Epam Systems (EPAM) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $2.41 per diluted share, down from $2.46 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.27.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.30 billion compared with $1.17 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.28 billion.
For Q2, the company said it expects non-GAAP EPS of $2.56 to $2.64 on revenue of $1.33 billion to $1.34 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.48 and $1.3 billion, respectively.
Epam Systems raised its 2025 non-GAAP EPS guidance to $10.70 to $10.95 from $10.45 to $10.75. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $10.49. The company also raised its annual revenue growth guidance to 11.5% to 14.5% from 10% to 14%.
Shares of the company were up 8% in recent premarket activity.
