China Carbon Neutral Development Group (HKG:1372) entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Coinstreet, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the contract, the parties will explore the development of innovative financial instruments in the green asset center, promoting the tokenization of green assets, including carbon assets.
China Carbon Neutral will also consider a strategic investment in Coinstreet's Security Token Offering (STO) platform CSpro.
Coinstreet Group, formed in 2017, engages mainly in financial services and professional consulting provision with a focus on virtual assets.
