Vobile Group (HKG:3738) plans to issue HK$155.8 million in aggregate convertible bonds to two investors, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The digital content protection and transaction company will issue about HK$117 million to Wind Sabre Opportunities Fund and about HK$38.8 million to Aces SP at a conversion price of HK$3.80, the filing said.
The bonds are convertible to 454,488,731 shares.
Net proceeds are estimated at HK$152 million, with 75% to be used for investment and 25% for working capital.
