EFC Buys Quantum Towers in Pune, India to Expand Office Portfolio

EFC (I) (BOM:512008) said its wholly owned subsidiary has acquired Quantum Towers, a 122,000 square foot commercial property in Pune, India, according to a filing with the BSE on Tuesday.

The office building, located in a prime business area, has seating capacity for over 3,000 and is intended to support EFC's serviced workspace operations.

The company said the acquisition strengthens its presence in India's managed office sector and aligns with its growth strategy.
