Simplex Holdings (TYO:4373) reported a 25.6% increase in profit attributable to owners to 7.78 billion yen for the year ended March, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share rose to 130.24 yen from 103.47 yen. Revenue grew 16.4% to 47.39 billion yen.
For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the company forecasts an attributable profit of 8.65 billion yen, up 11.2%. Basic EPS is projected at 150.83 yen, and revenue is expected to rise 15% to 54.5 billion yen.
The company raised its year-end dividend to 50 yen per share from 42 yen a year earlier. It targets a 65 yen payout for the current year.
