Nihon Parkerizing Buys Back Shares

Nihon Parkerizing (TYO:4095) bought back 916,600 shares for nearly 1.03 billion yen, a May 2 Tokyo bourse filing said.

The shares were repurchased from the market between April 1 and April 30.

The firm is authorized to buy back up to 12 million shares for a maximum of 15 billion yen between Aug. 13, 2024, and July 31, 2025.

As of April 30, the chemical agent manufacturer has repurchased 7,314,400 shares for a little over 9.09 billion yen.
