Alm. Brand A/S has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an addendum to the application submitted to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority $(FSA.AU)$ for the expansion of its partial internal model. This expansion aims to incorporate activities originating from Codan, which Alm. Brand A/S acquired on May 1, 2022. The approval from the Danish FSA, which is anticipated to be concluded by the third quarter of 2025, could potentially reduce the company's solvency capital requirement by approximately DKK 0.5 billion. The application process commenced in December 2024, and the adjustments made in response to preliminary feedback from the Danish FSA have been documented in an addendum package. This regulatory approval process pertains solely to Alm. Brand A/S.
