1053 ET - WK Kellogg is starting with Kashi as it navigates a push toward healthier eating. The cereal giant is relaunching Kashi Go, offering a simplified recipe and packaging that highlights its protein and fiber content. The reboot is part of the company's plan to appeal to increasingly health-conscious consumers, who are foregoing Kellogg's products in favor of smaller, emerging brands. Kellogg's plan also includes an upcoming "multi-brand fiber campaign" and the launch of a Special K protein granola. "As we're seeing a shift in the category we need to shift with it," said CEO Gary Pilnick said. (jesse.newman@wsj.com)
