Norwegian's total capacity in March rose 1% on year while traffic was up 5%.
At the company's Wideroe airline, Scandinavia's largest regional carrier, total passengers in April rose to 334,228, the company said.
"Easter contributed to a solid load factor in April, despite capacity increasing by over 25 percent compared to last year's Easter week. Ticket sales for the summer are higher this year than what we saw during the same period last year. We are ready for a busy summer," Chief Executive Geir Karlsen said.
