Nomad Foods Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; 2025 Outlook Lowered

Nomad Foods (NOMD) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of 0.35 euros ($0.40) per diluted share, down from 0.37 euros a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected 0.35 euros.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was 760.1 million euros, down from 783.7 million euros a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 767.1 million euros.

For 2025, the company now expects adjusted EPS of 1.82 euros to 1.89 euros, compared with its previous projection of 1.85 euros to 1.89 euros on lowered projected organic revenue growth of 0% to 2%, compared with 1% to 3% previously.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-IFRS EPS of 1.88 euros on revenue of 3.16 billion euros.

Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in recent premarket activity.
