Hokkaido Electric Power's (TYO:9509) attributable profit slipped 3% to 64.2 billion yen for fiscal 2025 ended March 31, from 66.2 billion yen a year ago.
The electric generation company's basic earnings per share fell to 305.90 yen from 315.44 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on April 30.
Operating revenue declined 5.4% to 902.1 billion yen in the fiscal year ended March 31, from 953.8 billion yen a year earlier.
For fiscal 2026, the company expects attributable profit to drop nearly 60% to 26.0 billion yen or 119.76 yen per share, while operating revenue is projected to decrease 0.4% to 898.0 billion yen.
The company expects to pay interim and year-end dividends of 15.00 yen per share, each, for the current fiscal year. It declared a final dividend of 10.00 yen per share for fiscal 2025, payable from June 27.
