Dover said Monday it agreed to acquire Sikora, which provides precision measurement, inspection, and control solutions, in an all-cash deal.

Dover said it would pay EUR550 million ($622.3 million) to acquire Sikora, which serves the wires and cables, hoses, tubes, sheets, optical fibers, and plastics industries. Sikora, founded in 1973, has headquarters in Bremen, Germany.

Dover said Sikora has grown at a double-digit organic growth rate over the last three years and generated about EUR100 million in revenue last year.

Sikora will become part of Dover's MAAG operating unit within Dover's Pumps & Process Solutions segment, Dover said.
