Alpha Group International Rejects Takeover Offer From Corpay

Alpha Group International turned down an all-cash takeover offer from corporate payments company Corpay.

The British financial services business on Tuesday said it received a preliminary and conditional proposal from the group and that its board unanimously rejected it.

Dublin-based Corpay on Friday had confirmed talks between the groups.

No financial details were disclosed.
