Waters Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2025 Guidance Raised

Waters (WAT) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $2.25 per diluted share, up from $2.21 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.22.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 29 was $661.7 million compared with $636.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $642 million.

For Q2, the company expects adjusted EPS of $2.88 to $2.98 on constant currency sales growth of 5% to 7%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP earnings of $2.93.

Waters raised its 2025 adjusted EPS outlook to a range of $12.75 to $13.05 from $12.70 to $13. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $12.86. It also increased annual constant currency sales growth guidance to the range of 5% to 7% from 4.5% to 7%.
