Standard Capital Markets Raises INR790 Million Via Allotment of Debentures

Standard Capital Markets (BOM:511700) has raised 790 million Indian rupees through the issue and allotment of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a BSE filing on Tuesday.

The company allotted 7,900 unrated, unlisted, secured non-convertible debentures of face value of 100,000 rupees each at an issue price of 100,000 rupees, the filing said.
