The company updated its 2025 outlook, citing a more moderate domestic RevPAR growth forecast amid a "changing macro backdrop."
Choice Hotels now expects 2025 adjusted diluted EPS to range from $6.90 to $7.22, compared with its prior outlook of $6.98 to $7.24. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $7.09. Domestic RevPAR growth is now expected to range from a 1% decline to 1% growth, compared with growth of 1% to 2% previously.
