0937 ET - Cereal giant WK Kellogg says consumers are increasingly focused on health, leading to challenges for the maker of Froot Loops and Apple Jacks. Kellogg CEO Gary Pilnick says consumption of the company's cereals was pressured in the latest quarter as Kellogg's natural and organic brands didn't keep pace with growth for other health-and-wellness cereals, and Kellogg's market share declined. Long-term, Pilnick says he expects more focus on health to be a tailwind and a "great thing" for the company, and he laid out steps the company is taking to highlight aspects of its brands like protein and fiber. Kellogg slides 12% in early trading. (jesse.newman@wsj.com)
