1315 ET - Consumers are buying less, and it is hurting Graphic Packaging's business, CEO Mike Doss says on a call with analysts. The maker of cups, boxes and other fiber-based packaging products in the latest quarter "faced considerable pressure as already stretched consumers pulled back further, promotional activity by our customers did not drive meaningful volume improvement, and we experienced significant input cost inflation," he says. The company expects lower volumes and higher costs this year, prompting it to cut its full-year outlook. Shares fall 15%, on track for their largest percent decrease since 2011. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
