Helen of Troy Chief Executive Officer Noel Geoffroy is departing immediately and stepping down as director.
The marketing company said Friday Chief Financial Officer Brian Grass will serve as interim CEO until a permanent replacement is chosen. Tracy Scheuerman, who was serving as vice president of finance for the home and outdoor segment, become interim CFO.
Geoffroy became chief executive in March 2024 after serving as chief operating officer. She joined Helen of Troy in May 2022, according to the company's website.
Geoffroy succeeded Julien Mininberg. Mininberg made a salary of $1.25 million in 2024, with a total compensation of $10 million, according to a separate filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
