Corpay confirmed talks with Alpha Group regarding a possible cash offer for the British financial services business.
The Dublin based corporate payments company has until May 30 to make an offer or to walk away under U.K. Takeover Panel rules.
There can be no certainty that an offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any firm offer might be made, the company said Friday. No financial details have been disclosed by the company.
