Bon Natural Life (BON) said late Friday it received a delisting notice from Nasdaq following public interest concerns over its March 2025 best efforts offering.
The notification followed its noncompliance with the minimum share price requirement of $1 for 30 consecutive trading days, the firm said, adding that it also had a closing bid of $0.10 or less for the last ten consecutive trading days.
The company said it is not eligible for a compliance period.
Bon said it has filed a notice of appeal and requested a hearing before a Nasdaq panel. It added that the appeal will stay delisting of its securities pending the panel's decision.
