For Q3, the company is looking for non-GAAP EPS of $1.04 to $1.07 on revenue of $1 billion to $1.01 billion. Analysts are expecting $1.09 and $1.03 billion, respectively.
For 2025, Hologic is now projecting non-GAAP EPS of $4.15 to $4.25 on revenue between $4.05 billion to $4.10 billion. Analysts are expecting non-GAAP EPS of $4.26 on revenue of $4.08 billion.
Shares of Hologic were down 3% in after-hours activity.
