Greatview Aseptic Packaging (HKG:0468) named Yuan Xunjun as chief executive officer at the aseptic packaging company effective Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Yuan has been chairman at Shandong NewJF Technology Packaging (SHE:301296) since December 2016.
Yuan succeeded Jeff Bi Hua, who will stay as executive director until the board approves Bi's removal.
Bi's removal is in line with an investigation into the consolidation of Gapack's consolidation of its international business post-restructuring, the filing said.
