InterDigital Shares Down After Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings Rise, Revenue Declines

InterDigital (IDCC) shares were slightly lower in recent Thursday trading after the company reported mixed Q1 results.

The company earlier reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings of $4.21 per share, compared with $3.58 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.79.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $210.5 million, compared with $263.5 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $205.3 million.

InterDigital said it expects Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $2.67 to $2.90 on revenue of $165 million to $170 million. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $1.78, while four analysts forecast revenue of $136.9 million.

For full-year 2025, the company said it continues to expect non-GAAP EPS of $9.69 to $12.92 on revenue of $660 million to $760 million. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $11.18 on revenue of $704.9 million.
