** Shares of chipmaker Qualcomm QCOM.O fall 4.81% to $141.32 in after market trading
** Co expects Q3 revenue between $9.9 billion and $10.7 billion, the midpoint of which is below analysts' average estimates of $10.35 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Sees Q3 adj profit per share to be between $2.60 and $2.80, compared to estimates of $2.67 per share
** Co reports Q2 profit of $2.85 per share vs estimates of $2.82
** Shares down ~3% YTD
