Hayward Shares Rise After Q1 Beat; 2025 Net Sales Guidance Reiterated

Hayward (HAYW) shares were up 5.1% in recent Thursday trading after the company reported Q1 results that exceeded analysts' expectations and reiterated its full-year net sales guidance.

The company earlier reported Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.10 per diluted share, up from $0.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.08.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 29 were $228.8 million, compared with $212.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $213.5 million.

The company reiterated its 2025 guidance of $1.06 billion to $1.10 billion in net sales. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.08 billion.
