President Trump signed an executive order to relieve some auto tariffs while flying to Michigan on Air Force One Tuesday, according to Kevin Hassett, director of the White House National Economic Council.
Hassett said on CNN Tuesday afternoon that someone on the plane told him the executive order was signed. He didn't give details of the orders. Trump will be giving a speech in Michigan on Tuesday to mark his 100 days in office.
