**JLL Secures $80.27M Financing for Bayonne Industrial Property** NEW YORK CITY, Apr. 28, 2025 - JLL Capital Markets has successfully arranged $80.27 million in acquisition financing for a significant industrial property at 169 Pulaski Street in Bayonne, New Jersey. The 17.9-acre site comprises three industrial buildings and 2.16 acres of outdoor storage, strategically located near the Global Container Terminal. The property, featuring 48 loading docks and parking for over 225 trailers, is currently 90% leased to Waitex Global International, which has been a tenant for over 21 years. JLL worked with Turnbridge Equities to secure the loan, facilitating a value-add business plan for the site.
