ExlService Holdings (EXLS) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.48 per diluted share, up from $0.38 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.44.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $501 million from $436.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $490.3 million.

The company expects 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $1.83 to $1.89 on revenue of $2.035 billion to $2.065 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $1.87 on revenue $2.05 billion.

Shares of the company rose 2.4% in after-hours trading.
