FAT Brands Appoints Taylor Wiederhorn as Co-CEO

FAT Brands has appointed Taylor Wiederhorn as co-chief executive, succeeding Rob Rosen.

The casual-dining franchising company on Tuesday said Rosen will transition to a consulting position focused on debt and capital markets, effective immediately.

Ken Kuick will continue as co-CEO and chief financial officer.

Wiederhorn was previously the company's chief development officer, overseeing the sale of new franchise locations.
