Canadian Pacific Kansas City raised its dividend to 22.8 Canadian cents (16 cents) from C$0.19.
The higher payout, equal to C$0.912 a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.92% based on Tuesday's closing price of C$99.64.
The Canadian rail operator said the higher dividend will be paid July 28 to shareholders of record as of June 27.
