Extreme Networks Swings to Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Profit, Revenue Rises; Provides Fiscal Q4, 2025 Guidance

Extreme Networks (EXTR) reported Wednesday that it swung to fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.21 per diluted share, from a loss of $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a profit of $0.18

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $284.5 million, compared with $211 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $280.3 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 adjusted per-share earnings of $0.21 to $0.25 on revenue of $295 million to $305 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.22 on revenue of $299.4 million.

For full-year 2025, Extreme Networks said it expects revenue of $1.13 billion to $1.14 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.13 billion.

Shares of Extreme Networks were up 1.4% in recent trading.
