Encompass Health (EHC) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.37 per share, up from $1.12 a year earlier.

Net operating revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.46 billion, up from $1.32 billion. Analysts expected $1.43 billion.
The company increased its full year guidance for adjusted EPS from continuing operations to $4.85 to $5.10 from $4.67 to $4.96 previously.
It now expects net operating revenue of $5.85 billion to $5.93 billion, against $5.80 billion to $5.90 billion previously.
Analysts expected an EPS of $4.81 on revenue of $5.86 billion.
