Broadstone Net Lease (BNL) said Thursday that it has added a new development with an investment of about $78.2 million to its pipeline of projects.
The Georgia real estate development will be completed as part of a new partnership with Prologis (PLD), a supply chain and logistics services provider.
The company said it has already secured the land and begun construction on the project, which includes a distribution warehouse facility for the US subsidiary of Stellantis (STLA) and is expected to be completed in Q3 of 2026.
