Meridian Energy (NZE:MEL, ASX:MEZ) appointed Mandy Simpson as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Simpson is general manager for strategy, delivery, and innovation at Z Energy, per the filing.
Meanwhile, Meridian's financial controller, Helen Peters, will step in as acting CFO until Simpson's tenure begins.
