BGM Group (BGM) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of intelligent mobility platform YX Management in all-stock transaction valued at $95 million.
BGM said that it issued 47.5 million class A ordinary shares for 100% ownership in YX, and that YX shareholders collectively now own around 32.6% of BGM's equity interests and 2.2% of the total voting power.
