Real Brokerage has fired its chief financial officer, Michelle Ressler, over alleged violations of company policies.

The company said Thursday that while it is still conducting a review, it doesn't believe Ressler's alleged actions will have any material impact on its previously issued financial statements.

Ressler joined Real Brokerage as vice president of finance in August 2020 and became chief financial officer of the real-estate brokerage later that year.

Real Brokerage said Ravi Jani, who joined the company in September 2023 as vice president of investor relations and financial planning and analysis, succeeds Ressler as chief financial officer.
