Real Brokerage (REAX) said Thursday it promoted Ravi Jani to chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Jani succeeds Michelle Ressler, whose employment was terminated after the company determined she engaged in actions that violated company policies.
Jani joined Real in September 2023 as vice president of investor relations and financial planning & analysis.
Shares of Real Brokerage were down 1.2% in recent trading.
