Prospect Resources (ASX:PSC) issued roughly 101.1 million new ordinary shares at a price of AU$0.15 each as part of Toronto Stock Exchange-listed First Quantum Minerals' AU$15.2 million investment in the company, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shares are subject to an 18-month voluntary escrow ending Oct. 22, 2026, the filing stated.
Prospect Resources' shares were down 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
