Sun Hung Kai Properties' (HKG:0016) Sierra Sea project received 21,000 checks for 318 apartments, making the project about 66 times oversubscribed, The Standard reported Tuesday.
The apartments in Sai Sha have discounted average prices of HK$10,877 per square foot, the report said.
SHKP will sell 318 units through price listing and 11 more via bidding, the report said.
