Chongqing Iron & Steel (HKG:1053, SHA:601005) recorded an attributable loss of 117.4 million yuan for the first quarter of 2025, down from 333.8 million yuan a year prior, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Loss per share for the three months stood at 0.01 yuan, a decrease from 0.04 yuan in Q1 2024, according to the iron and steel firm.
Revenue was 6.61 billion yuan, down nearly 15% from the year-ago figure of 7.74 billion yuan.
